The DKV 023 stores very little energy (only 100 µF total). Therefore, you only need a 2-second discharge wait before handling. Use the 18-pin terminal block for all field device connections. Meanwhile, the onboard trim pots set each timing delay independently.

Installation and Compatibility

You can mount this unit on 35 mm DIN rail or a panel. Clip the DKV 023 onto the rail or use two M4 screws. Then connect the 24V supply to terminals 1 and 2. Always verify the output load does not exceed 3A per channel.

This unit replaces multiple electromechanical timing relays. It also eliminates the need for separate interposing relays. The DKV 023 works with any 24V DC sensor or switch.
