Supply Overview
This power supply provides regulated DC power to INFI 90 rack components. You can install ABB Bailey IIATB01 directly into dedicated power slots of INFI 90 cabinets. The unit converts AC line voltage into stable 5V and 24V DC outputs. It supports hot-swappable redundant configurations for high availability.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB separates primary and secondary circuits with a reinforced barrier. Large electrolytic capacitors store 4700 µF of energy on the primary side. Moreover, 312 discrete parts include switching MOSFETs and regulation ICs. A passive heatsink covers the power components for convection cooling. Consequently, the supply delivers stable outputs without external cooling fans.
Installation Process
You can mount ABB Bailey IIATB01 into the power slot of any INFI 90 rack. The backplane connector distributes DC power to all other rack modules automatically. Furthermore, two units can operate in parallel for redundancy. Front panel LEDs and an alarm relay indicate power status clearly.
Performance Advantages
This supply delivers 200 watts across three output voltages simultaneously. The 30 ms hold-up time bridges power interruptions up to two cycles. Therefore, the INFI 90 system continues running through short brownouts. The active/active redundancy also allows one supply to fail without system shutdown.
Safety and Compliance
ABB Bailey IIATB01 meets CE, UL, and RoHS standards. The primary capacitors discharge below 50V within 90 seconds. Hence, technicians must wait 1.5 minutes after AC removal before servicing internal components.
