The FC-BSN-1608 functions as a versatile sensor converter for the Honeywell Safety Manager platform. This module accepts 8 independent sensor input channels from various field device types. It supports thermocouples, RTDs (Pt100), potentiometers, and 0–10 V voltage signals . Consequently, the module provides exceptional flexibility for temperature and position monitoring applications.

Flexible Input Configuration and Diagnostics

Each channel on the FC-BSN-1608 independently configures for a specific sensor type through software settings. The module employs a high-resolution 16-bit ADC to achieve precise signal digitization.
