Board Layout and Components
The PCB integrates CPU and I/O circuits on a single compact board. Eight optoisolators provide input filtering and electrical isolation. Additionally, 118 discrete components include transistor drivers and power regulation. A super capacitor retains program data for 48 hours after power loss. Consequently, you do not lose logic during short power interruptions.
Installation Process
You can mount FUJI FDL120A-G02 on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. The built-in screw terminals accept field wiring for all I/O points directly. Furthermore, a front panel RS-485 port connects to Modbus RTU networks. LED indicators show power, run, and I/O status clearly.
