Communication Capabilities

Memory and Data Storage

Energy Storage and Power Interruption

The QPI-CTDE-0000 contains internal capacitors for brief power ride-through. These capacitors maintain operation for up to 50 milliseconds during voltage dips. The unit performs an orderly shutdown during extended power interruptions. No lithium battery exists on this device for real-time clock or data retention.

Installation and Mounting

Mount the QPI-CTDE-0000 into a standard panel cutout using the included clips. Apply the supplied gasket to achieve NEMA 4X water resistance at the front. Connect 24V DC power to the rear terminal block with 18 AWG wire. Download your application via Ethernet or USB before placing the unit into service. Calibrate the touch sensor during initial commissioning for optimal accuracy.
