Board Layout and Components

The PCB arranges 16 input channels in two banks of eight. A high-speed 16-bit ADC samples each channel sequentially. Moreover, 218 discrete components include precision voltage dividers and protection circuits. Tantalum capacitors stabilize the voltage reference for accurate conversions. Consequently, the module delivers 0.05% accuracy across all channels.

Installation Process

You can mount Yokogawa AAI135-S03 into any CENTUM VP I/O rack slot. The backplane connector supplies power and transfers digital data to the CPU. Furthermore, a removable terminal block accepts field wiring for all 16 channels. Software configuration selects the input range per bank of eight channels.
