Board Overview
This remote module collects field signals and sends them to a main controller. You can install FUJI NR1SW-16T65DT/NR1JW in distributed I/O stations away from the central rack. The unit processes 16 digital inputs locally and transmits data via RS-485. It reduces wiring costs by placing I/O near field sensors.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB separates the communication section from input circuits physically. Sixteen optoisolators provide galvanic isolation for every input channel.
