Board Overview
This function module captures high-speed pulse signals from encoders and flow meters. You can install FUJI NP1F-PI4 directly into FUJI SPH series PLC racks. The unit processes four independent pulse input channels simultaneously. It counts pulses without burdening the main CPU with real-time tasks.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB arranges four independent counter circuits in a parallel layout. Each channel includes programmable debounce filters for noise rejection. Additionally, 134 discrete components handle signal shaping and isolation. The differential inputs reject common-mode noise effectively. Consequently, you get accurate counts even in electrically noisy industrial environments.
Installation Process
You can mount FUJI NP1F-PI4 into any standard SPH series rack slot. The backplane connector provides both power and data communication. Furthermore, a front panel terminal block accepts field wiring for all four channels. LED indicators show pulse activity for each input clearly.
