This function module provides precise positioning control for servo and stepper systems. You can install FUJI NP1F-MU1 directly into FUJI SPH series PLC racks. The unit generates high-speed pulse trains for axis motion commands. It handles positioning tasks independently from the main CPU.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB dedicates separate pulse generation circuits for each motion axis. Two high-speed differential drivers produce clean RS-422 output signals. Moreover, 118 discrete components include optical isolation for all I/O lines. Electrolytic capacitors provide 330 µF of bulk energy storage. Consequently, output pulses maintain stable timing during heavy processing loads.
Installation Process
You can mount FUJI NP1F-MU1 into any standard SPH series rack slot. The backplane connector supplies both power and communication to the module. Furthermore, a front panel connector provides access to two axis output ports. LED indicators show pulse output activity for each axis clearly.
Performance Advantages
This module outputs positioning pulses up to 200 kHz per axis independently. Each axis supports multiple pulse formats including CW/CCW and pulse/direction.
