The Fuji NP1AX08-MR converts analog signals to 12-bit digital values for the CPU. You can configure each channel individually for voltage or current ranges. The inputs accept 0 to 10V DC, -10 to +10V DC, or 4 to 20 mA. Outputs provide 0 to 10V DC or 4 to 20 mA for field devices. Therefore, this module suits temperature control, pressure regulation, and flow monitoring.

Installation & Field Wiring

You insert the Fuji NP1AX08-MR into any available slot of your MICREX-SX rack. Connect your analog sensors to the four input terminals on the top row. Wire your actuators to the four output terminals on the bottom row. Apply 24V DC external power to the dedicated supply terminals. The CPU reads input values and writes output values automatically each scan.
