This PLC module adds digital input and output capacity to SPH controller racks. You can install FUJI FTU110B into any free slot of a FUJI SPH system. The unit provides eight input points and six output points in one compact package. It expands system I/O without requiring additional power supplies.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB separates input optoisolators from output driver circuits physically. Each input channel includes a dedicated LED for visual status indication. Moreover, 112 discrete components provide filtering and transient suppression on all lines. The design uses ceramic capacitors exclusively for energy storage. Consequently, the module contains no electrolytic capacitors that could dry out over time.
Installation Process
You can mount FUJI FTU110B into any standard SPH series rack slot. The backplane connector supplies both power and I/O bus communication. Furthermore, a removable terminal block accepts field wiring for all fourteen points. Clear labeling identifies each input and output channel for easy connection.
