3300 Series Two-Channel Vibration Monitor
The 3300/16-12-01-01-00-00 delivers continuous vibration monitoring for two independent transducer inputs. This module operates as a key component within the 3300 Series monitoring system. It processes each input signal separately and compares it against configurable alarm thresholds. The device then activates the corresponding relay outputs when any channel exceeds its setpoint.

Monitoring and Alarm Functionality
This monitor continuously evaluates each transducer signal for abnormal vibration levels. It then triggers the alarm relay when a channel crosses the first threshold. Subsequently, the danger relay activates if the signal reaches the critical limit. Each channel maintains independent operation, so a fault on one channel does not affect the other. The device also supplies a buffered output for external monitoring systems.
Installation and Setup
First, mount the 3300/16-12-01-01-00-00 securely into the 19-inch rack. Next, connect the transducer cables to the appropriate input terminals. After that, apply +24 Vdc power and verify the module’s OK LED illuminates. You can then configure the alarm setpoints using the front-panel adjustment potentiometers. Finally, test each channel with a known vibration source to confirm proper operation.
Maintenance and Operational Integrity
This module retains all configuration parameters in non-volatile memory. Therefore, a power cycle will not erase your programmed settings. We recommend you perform periodic calibration checks on both input channels. You should also inspect the terminal connections for any signs of wear or loosening.
