The Bently Nevada 125388-01 125388-01H module is designed for use in the 3500 System rack, providing a reliable solution for mounting 3500 monitor modules and power supplies. This module allows for seamless communication between modules and effective power distribution across the system.

Rack Sizes and Mounting Options

The 3500 rack is available in two sizes to accommodate various installation needs:

• Full-Size Rack: 19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots.
• Mini-Rack: 12-inch rack with 7 available module slots.

The 3500 rack can be mounted in three different formats:

• Panel Mount: Attaches to rectangular cut-outs in panels with clamps, allowing rear access to wiring connections and I/O modules.
• Rack Mount: Mounts to 19-inch EIA rails, with rear access to wiring and I/O modules.
• Bulkhead Mount: Ideal for installations without rear access, providing front access to wiring and I/O modules. Note: The 3500/05 Mini-Rack does not support this option.

Power and Module Compatibility

• The 3500/05 Mini-Rack requires Version 2.70 or later of the 3500/01 Software for optimal performance.
• Power supplies and rack interface modules must occupy the far-left rack positions. The remaining slots (14 in full-size and 7 in mini-rack) are available for a combination of modules.
• When installing Internal Barriers, a 3500/04-01 Internal Barrier Earthing Module is required for proper grounding and the IS Earth connection to the 3500/05 rack.
• The 3500/93 System Display A01 is incompatible with the 3500/05 Mini-Rack.

Proximitor Sensor Input

The 125388-01 / 125388-01H module is compatible with non-contacting 3300-series 5 mm and 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probes and Extension Cables.

Power Specifications

• Operating Voltage: -17.5 Vdc to -26 Vdc when used with non-incendive circuits (per installation drawing 140979).
• Power Consumption: 12 mA maximum.
• For installations with barriers, the voltage must be between -23 Vdc to -26 Vdc.
• Operation at voltages more positive than -23.5 Vdc may reduce the system’s linear range.

Supply Sensitivity

The system exhibits less than 2 mV change in output voltage per volt change in input voltage, ensuring stable and precise performance.

Output Resistance

The module features an output resistance of 50 Ω, ensuring optimal signal integrity.
