Description

The GE IC200MDL940 is a reliable and robust relay output solution for the VersaMax I/O system. This module provides sixteen (16) outputs with individual isolation between each point. Each output is capable of handling different voltage sources, making it ideal for controlling diverse devices such as solenoidsrelay coils, and pilot lamps.

The module uses a fixed coil, moving armature relay design with silver alloy contacts, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. Additionally, the 10 ms response time ensures quick transitions from Open to Close and Close to Open, meeting the demands of high-speed applications. Moreover, the module supports a maximum switching frequency of 20 cycles per minute when controlling inductive loads.

Each of the module’s output channels has its own status indicator that shows the operational state. The module’s design ensures that there is no output leakage current. Contacts stay open when inactive, eliminating any unwanted current flow.

The GE IC200MDL940 module includes 250 V AC isolation for input-to-logic and 1500 V AC isolation for input-to-frame, providing enhanced protection for sensitive components. Although it does not come with built-in protection, users can install external snubber circuits or fuses if necessary.
