Motion Control Specifications
The FUJI NP1F-MA2 generates pulse trains up to 200 kHz for high-speed positioning. You can select from two output modes : pulse-direction or CW/CCW rotation. The module supports linear interpolation across two coordinated axes. Furthermore, it handles circular interpolation for curved tool paths with 0.001mm resolution.
Encoder Feedback and Accuracy
This positioning module reads incremental encoder signals at up to 1 MHz input frequency. The internal counter stores 32-bit position values for long travel distances. Consequently, the module achieves a maximum positioning error of ±1 pulse. You can configure electronic gearing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1 through software.
Programming and Compatibility
The FUJI NP1F-MA2 connects directly to FUJI SPH3000 or SPH2000 PLC systems. You program this module using FUJI Standard Positioning Language (FSPL) . The module stores up to 500 motion profiles in its internal memory. Each profile can contain up to 1000 steps for complex sequences.
