Board Overview
This PLC module connects field devices to higher-level control networks. You can install FUJI CHAABIM02-100 directly into distributed I/O stations. The unit processes digital signals from sensors and actuators locally. It communicates with the main controller through industrial fieldbus protocols.

Board Layout and Components
The PCB places input circuits on the left side of the board. Output drivers occupy the right section for heat separation. Moreover, 96 discrete components include optoisolators and transient suppression diodes. Ceramic capacitors filter high-frequency noise on all power rails. Consequently, the module rejects electrical interference from nearby machinery.
Installation Process
You can mount FUJI CHAABIM02-100 on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. The removable terminal block simplifies wiring replacement during maintenance. Furthermore, two RJ-45 ports provide daisy-chain RS-485 connections. DIP switches allow configuration of node address and baud rate easily.
