Hardware Architecture and Energy Storage

The P155.R2 uses 680 µF of primary bulk capacitance for energy storage. This capacitance provides 20 ms of hold-up time during input interruptions. Sixty-eight secondary capacitors filter ripple on both output channels. Forty-two resistors set precise voltage regulation points throughout the circuit.

Interface and Connectivity

One 3-pin screw terminal block accepts the AC input wiring. Two 4-pin headers distribute 24V and 5V outputs to connected loads. Each header includes separate ground and sense lines for regulation accuracy. The front panel features a green LED for power-good indication.

Practical Installation Notes

Mount this power module horizontally with adequate ventilation spacing. The P155.R2 requires at least 25 mm clearance on all sides. Always disconnect input power before removing the module from its chassis. Verify the load does not exceed 166 watts for continuous operation.
