Overview

The Bently Nevada 3500/23E acts as a Transient Data Interface (TDI) connecting the 3500 ENCORE monitoring system to GE System 1 condition monitoring software. Additionally, it combines system monitoring with communication processor capabilities, ensuring reliable collection of steady-state and transient waveform data. Furthermore, the module supports Ethernet and serial communications to integrate rack-monitored values into process control and automation systems efficiently.

Moreover, the 3500/23E occupies Slot 1 of every 3500 ENCORE rack, working alongside vibration monitors such as 3500/42E to continuously collect and transmit data. Using an optional Channel Enabling Disk allows capturing transient signals for detailed analysis.
