You can connect thermocouple wires directly to the NMTP02 using any standard polarity. The built-in cold junction sensor automatically compensates for ambient temperature variations. For best accuracy, use extension-grade thermocouple wire from the sensor to the module. The input impedance measures greater than 1 MΩ for minimal signal loading.

Installation and Operational Data

You can mount this module into any open slot of a Bailey INFI 90 rack. The module draws 210 mA from the 5V backplane supply during normal operation. Furthermore, it operates reliably within a 0°C to 60°C temperature range. Consequently, the NMTP02 requires zero scheduled maintenance.
