  • Product Details

This terminal board connects field sensors directly to the Mark VI control system. It accepts both analog inputs and outputs for turbine regulation tasks. You will mount this simplex version in standard I/O packs without redundancy.

Key Technical Specifications

The IS200TDBSH2ACC provides twelve differential analog input channels. Each channel supports 0-200 mA or 4-20 mA signals. The board also features four separate analog output channels for actuator control.

Hardware Architecture and Signal Flow

This board uses eight optocouplers to isolate field signals from the main processor. Thirty-two resistors condition each incoming analog value for accurate readings. Twenty-four capacitors filter out high-frequency noise from industrial environments. A total of 470 µF of capacitance stores enough energy for stable signal sampling.

Interface and Connectivity

One 50-pin ribbon connector links the IS200TDBSH2ACC to the VME controller board. Two 30-position barrier strips accept field wiring from sensors and actuators. Each barrier strip uses screw-clamp terminals for secure connections. The board also includes test points for troubleshooting signal paths without disconnecting wires.

Practical Installation Notes

Mount this simplex board in any standard I/O pack location. The board requires no external power supply for its passive components. Simply connect the field devices before powering up the Mark VI system. Always verify the input range jumpers match your sensor output signals.
